3. How we use your data
We use the collected data to:

4. Legal basis
We process the content of your WhatsApp messages on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. Where we send you service updates that are not a reply to your own message, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Where we have to keep records of a conversation, we rely on our legal obligations.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Your WhatsApp communications are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud platform, which is subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy and WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
6. Data retention

Because we use the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, which Meta hosts on our behalf, the content of your messages is decrypted and stored on Meta's servers so that it can be delivered to us.
